By placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  • All items are new.
  • We ship only every Tuesday and Thursday.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time or to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. 
  • Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • Colors depicted should be used as a guide only as some items may appear different depending on lighting conditions, your computer monitor display or if applicable wood variations.
  • We do not accept returns for products if the damage is caused while in transit. All products are inspected before being shipped to ensure quality items are being sent to you. In the event that a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report damage. 
  • Items are made with 925 sterling silver - containing 92.5% by weight of silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals. 
  • Items are hypoallergenic but it is possible that a reaction may come up to others due to some metals used. 
  • Buy at your own risk.
    • Please make sure to provide the complete and correct addresses. Orders cannot be changed once dispatched. 
    • We do not take any responsibility for any delays, loses, and/or damages in the item during the delivery process.  
    • All orders are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 
    • All applicable tax and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

       

      SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

      • Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
      • If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product.
      • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
      • Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Return shipping / pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non refundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
