SHIPPING

WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS

All products are shipped from Manila, Philippines. 

After submitting your proof of payment, please wait for the confirmation with the pick up date for your parcel. Once orders are picked up, you can expect it after 3-7 days.

Pick ups are every Tuesday and Thursday.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been completely checked out (this also means that invoices are also final and cannot be edited anymore). 

We also cannot edit items once the order has been placed. As much as we want your package to be perfect, we also want to prevent confusion, delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We hope you can double-check your items before proceeding to Checkout, so that you have the most worry-free shopping experience with us. This policy also applies to items that were accidentally ordered, multiple orders of one item, and requests to combine orders

Please note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations or huge amount of deliveries from the courier.

 

 

RETURNS

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

All items are handmade and discrepancies between photos on our website and the actual product may occur. Please note that this is not a defect in any way.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders or returns at any time.



REFUNDS


The refund will not be applicable if the damage is caused while in transit. We will not be responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Once the orders are shipped it is now the courier's responsibility, not ours. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at skinned.ph@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

RESTOCKING
All items are produced in limited runs which is why products are not restocked often. Any restocking will be announced via Instagram.
